How we think about AI. A framework from our founder's teaching.

The framework

The 3-Point Model

Most businesses treat AI as a tool to buy. It is a sequence to climb. First developed in our founder's teaching, the same three points apply whether you run a billion-dollar enterprise or a business of one.

01 · Productivity

How you see your business

You cannot change what you cannot see, and most companies cannot read their own data. Getting fluent with AI, and using it to finally make sense of your own information, is where the climb begins.

02 · Use-Case Agents

How you operate

AI stops being a chatbot you talk to and becomes a worker that takes action: admin, finance, support, onboarding. This is an efficiency problem, not a technology problem, and done right it buys back the time for the real prize.

03 · Intelligence & Forecasting

What you offer

AI companies have the models. They do not have your data. Once AI can read it, you unlock forecasting, pattern recognition, and offers that did not exist before: an edge no competitor can copy.

The central lesson

Most businesses stop at the second point, automate a few tasks, and call it done. The ones that win keep climbing, until AI stops executing tasks and becomes the intelligence layer of the entire business.

A use case

The model, applied to the family enterprise

Family groups hold decades of records, relationships, and judgment, and almost none of it is legible to software. The sequence starts from one rule: the family's judgment is the product. AI does not replace it. It goes everywhere behind it.

01 · Productivity

Seeing the group clearly

Deal memos, holdings, and history, readable in minutes instead of weekends. Leadership walks into every conversation briefed on everything the group already knows.

02 · Use-Case Agents

Operating without drag

A scout that reads the market overnight. A pipeline that turns creative intent into finished production. Administration that runs itself, auditable at every step.

03 · Intelligence & Forecasting

The asset nobody else owns

Decades of deals, archives, and relationships exist in no model's training set. Once AI can read them, the group forecasts what it could only feel before, and moves ahead of the market.

And one thing stays AI-free by design: the judgment. In a world where any analysis can be generated, knowing which deal to walk away from is the most valuable skill there is.

The thinking is the work.
